In light of Covid 19, please watch your email for district and school messages for the latest updates and information.

Progress Reports:  On March 20, 2020, children receive progress reports.  You access your child’s progress report through Aspen; paper copies are not sent home.  Aspen is a password protected site so you would need to know your username and password to access your child’s progress report.  If you have gone onto Aspen before and do not recall your username and/or password, you should email x2help@barringtonschools.org to have them reset.  If you have never accessed Aspen, you need to come to the school and see Mrs. Fallgren to request this information.

Dental Screening:  The annual dental screening will occur on Monday, March 16 first thing in the morning.  This is not for all students, only those whose parents requested the screening or did not complete the form sent out by Mrs. Flores.  If you have not completed the form, you may access it here.  Only complete the form if you have not already done so.

Background Checks:  Background checks need to be updated every two years in order to volunteer in our school and district.  It is two years from the date on the check submitted. This means, your background check could expire in the middle of the school year.  Once the background check expires, you will no longer be able to volunteer until you have an updated background check submitted to the district.  If you are unsure when your background check expires, please email Anita DiMatteo (dimatteoa@barringtonschools.org) to find out.

Breakfast:  Sometimes mornings can be difficult and your child may not eat breakfast before coming to school.  If that’s the case, your child may purchase breakfast at school for $1.00 (reduced price is $0.40).

Community Notice:  There is one community notice this week from the League of Women Voters.  You may access it here.
